REF: CONTRIBUTING FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT REGULATIONS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2026 - COMBINED ELECTION FOR ADDITIONAL MEMBERS OF THE BUILDING OWNER COMMITTEE FOR TERM II (2026 – 2028)

Dear Valued Residents of Tower A – The Goldview,

First of all, the Management Office of Tower A - The Goldview (“MO”) would like to send our respectful greetings and sincere thanks for your cooperation and trust in the MO during the past time.

Following Announcement No. MO/NT.50/2026 dated April 30, 2026, regarding the “Announcement Organization of the Annual General Meeting in 2026 – Combined election for additional members of the Building Owner Committee term II (2026-2028)”. On behalf of the Building Owner Committee (“BOC”) term II (2026-2028) of Tower A, The Goldview, term II 2026-2028, the MO respectfully sends to residents the following draft documents for the Conference:

• DRAFT REGULATIONS ON FINANCIAL REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE OF THE BOC;
• DRAFT REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE BOC;
• DRAFT REGULATIONS ON WORKING PROCEDURES AT CONFERENCES;
• DRAFT REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF TOWER A OF THE GOLDVIEW;
• DRAFT RULES ON TRANSPARENT INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND CONDUCT WITHIN THE RESIDENT COMMUNITY AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA;

In order to finalize the documents for the Conference, réident feedback will be crucial for the Organizing Committee to review and refine the documents before presenting them at the official Conference. The Organizing Committee respectfully invites you to review the content and provide feedback on the drafts by scanning the corresponding QR code included in the notification.
