First of all, the Management Office of Tower A – The Gold View (“MO”) would like to extend our respectful greetings and sincere appreciation to all Residents for your trust and continued support over the past period.

In order to complete the documents for the 2025 Annual General Meeting - Term II (2025 - 2028), the MO would like to send the following draft documents to the Residents:

• Draft Regulations on Working and Voting at the Meeting
• Draft Regulations on the Election of the Building Owner Committee
• Draft Regulations on the Organization of the Building Owner Committee's Activities
