Chuyển Tiếp Thư mời dự Hội Nghị Nhà Chung Cư Tháp A The Goldview (Lần 2)

 

Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân Tháp A chung cư The Goldview,

 

Căn cứ văn bản số 128/KH-UBND – kế hoạch tổ chức Hội nghị nhà chung cư (“HNNCC”) Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) của Uỷ ban Nhân dân Phường Vĩnh Hội (“UBND”) gửi ngày 25/06/2026;

Căn cứ văn bản số 107/TB-UBND – thông báo về việc tổ chức Hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) của UBND gửi ngày 26/06/2026;

Căn cứ thông báo số MO/NT.85/2026 và MO/NT.86/2026 từ BQL chuyển tiếp đến cư dân các văn bản số 128/KH-UBND, 107/TB-UBND, mẫu đơn ứng cử, đề cử, văn bản uỷ quyền của UBND, liên quan đến Hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) vào ngày 01 và 02 tháng 07 năm 2026;

Căn cứ văn bản số 113/TB-UBND – Niêm yết danh sách ứng cử, đề cử bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban quản trị Tháp A chung cư The Goldview nhiệm kỳ 2026 -2028 của UBND gửi ngày 10/07/2026;

 

Tiếp theo các Thông báo số MO/NT.85/2026 và MO/NT.86/2026 về việc Chuyển tiếp các nội dung Theo Văn Bản Số: 107/TB-UBND và 128/KH-UBND của UBND, BQL kính chuyển giấy mời dự HNNCC Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) do Uỷ ban Nhân dân Phường chủ trì gửi ngày 17/07/2026 (Đính kèm file).

*** Một số lưu ý BQL trích từ Thư mời dự HNNCC Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) như sau:

5. Thời gian điểm danh: 08 giờ 00 phút, ngày 25 tháng 07 năm 2026 (Thứ Bảy).
5. Thời gian kết thúc điểm danh: 08 giờ 30 phút.

Forward: Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Tower A - The Goldview (2nd Time)

 

Dear Valued Residents of Tower A – The Goldview,

 

Pursuant to Document No. 128/KH-UBND – the Plan for Organizing the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview(2^nd time), issued by the Vinh Hoi Ward People's Committee ("the People's Committee") on 25 June 2026;

Pursuant to Document No. 107/TB-UBND – the Notice on the Organization of the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2^nd time), issued by the People's Committee on 26 June 2026;

Pursuant to Notices No. MO/NT.85/2026 and MO/NT.86/2026, through which the MO forwarded to residents Document No. 128/KH-UBND, Document No. 107/TB-UBND, the self-nomination/nomination forms, and the proxy authorization form issued by the People's Committee in connection with the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2^nd time), on 1 & 2 July 2026.

Pursuant to Document No. 113/TB-UBND – Posting the list of nominees and candidates for the by-election of Tower A Building Owers’Committee members, term 2026 – 2028 issued by the People's Committee on 10 July 2026.

 

Following Notices No. MO/NT.85/2026 and MO/NT.86/2026 on forwarding the contents of the People's Committee's Document No. 107/TB-UBND and Document No. 128/KH-UBND, the MO is pleased to forward  the Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Tower A - The Goldview (2^nd time) . The document was sent by the Ward People's Committee on July 17, 2026 (File attached).
