Kính gửi: Quý Cư Dân Tháp A chung cư The Goldview;

Lời đầu tiên, Ban quản lý Tháp A chung cư The Goldview (“BQL”) kính gửi đến Quý Cư dân lời chào trân trọng và cảm ơn chân thành vì sự hợp tác và tin cậy dành cho BQL trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.

Tiếp theo Thông báo số MO/NT.85/2026 Vv Chuyển tiếp kế hoạch tổ chức hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A Chung cư The Goldview (lần 2) Theo Văn Bản Số: 128/KH-UBND gửi ngày 01/07/2026, BQL kính chuyển Thông báo số 107/TB-UBND về việc “Tổ chức Hội nghị Nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2)” của Uỷ Ban Nhân Dân Phường Vĩnh Hội (“UBND”) phát hành ngày 26/06/2026 (Đính kèm), với thông tin cụ thể như sau:

Về ứng cử, đề cử thành viên Ban quản trị Tháp A chung cư The Goldview:

Điều kiện ứng cử (vui lòng tham khảo nội dung chi tiết tại Văn Bản Số 107/TB-UBND);
Thành phần hồ sơ:

01 bản gốc Đơn ứng cử đề cử Ban Quản trị chung cư, có dán ảnh 4x6 (theo mẫu của UBND);
01 bản sao chứng thực Căn cước, Căn cước công dân hoặc Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực/còn thời hạn;
01 bản sao các loại bằng cấp, chứng chỉ có chứng thực của cơ quan chức năng;
01 bản sao hoặc ảnh chụp Giấy xác nhận cư trú;

Ngoài thành phần hồ sơ trên, đối với trường hợp được Chủ sở hữu ủy quyền thì bổ sung thêm:

01 bản sao có chứng thực Căn cước, Căn cước công dân hoặc Hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực của Chủ sở hữu;
01 bản gốc văn bản ủy quyền (theo mẫu của UBND);
01 bản sao có chứng thực Hợp đồng thuê nhà hoặc hợp đồng, văn bản giao quản lý, sử dụng căn hộ còn hiệu lực.

Thời gian nộp hồ sơ: Từ ngày phát hành thông báo này đến 17g00, ngày 07 tháng 7 năm 2026. Sau thời gian này sẽ không tiếp nhận hồ sơ tham gia ứng cử;
Địa điểm tiếp nhận hồ sơ: Phòng Kinh tế, Hạ tầng và Đô thị phường Vĩnh Hội, Lầu 2, số 89-91 đường Khánh Hội, phường Vĩnh Hội, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
Số lượng thành viên Ban Quản trị cần bầu: 03 người;

Về uỷ quyền tham dự HNNCC:

Thời gian tiếp nhận uỷ quyền: trước ngày 07 tháng 7 năm 2026;
Hồ sơ đính kèm Văn bản ủy quyền: 01 bản sao có công chứng Hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ hoặc phần diện tích khác trong nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview;
Địa điểm tiếp nhận ủy quyền: Phòng Kinh tế, Hạ tầng và Đô thị phường

Vĩnh Hội, Lầu 2, số 89-91 đường Khánh Hội, phường Vĩnh Hội, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;

Mẫu đơn Ứng cử/Đề cử bổ sung thành viên Ban Quản Trị và Văn bản Ủy Quyền (Ghi chú: Các mẫu đơn, văn bản này được áp dụng theo mẫu của Ủy ban nhân dân Phường) sẽ được chuẩn bị tại các Quầy Lễ Tân Tháp A1 và A3. Quý Cư dân mong muốn được ứng cử/đề cử để trở thành thành viên Ban Quản Trị Tháp A Chung Cư The Goldview nhiệm kỳ II (2026 - 2028) hoặc Ủy quyền tham dự xin vui lòng điền đầy đủ thông tin vào Mẫu đơn/Văn bản và gửi về Phòng Kinh tế, Hạ tầng và Đô thị phường, số 89-91 đường Khánh Hội, phường Vĩnh Hội, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (thông tin liên hệ: Bà Nguyễn Trương Thanh Thảo – Chuyên viên Phòng Kinh tế, Hạ tầng và Đô thị, số điện thoại 0933078189).

Vì tính chất quan trọng của Hội nghị và quyền lợi thiết thực của Quý Cư dân. Kính mong Quý Cư dân sắp xếp thời gian tham gia hoặc ủy quyền tham gia để Hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A
Chung Cư Goldview (Lần 2) hoàn thành theo đúng tiến độ thời gian và kế hoạch đề ra.

Ref: Forwarding the Announcement for Organizing the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2^nd time) in Accordance with
Document No. 107/TB-UBND

Dear Valued Residents of Tower A – The Goldview;

First of all, the Management Office of Tower A - The Goldview (“MO”) would like to send our respectful greetings and sincere thanks for your cooperation and trust in the MO during the past time.

Following Announcement No. MO/NT.85/2026 regarding Forwarding the Plan for Organizing the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2nd time) in Accordance with Document No. 128/KH-UBND sent on July 01, 2026, the MO would like to forward Announcement No. 107/TB-UBND regarding “The Organizing for The Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2nd time)” issued by the People’s Committee of Vinh Hoi Ward (“People’s Committee “) on June 26, 2026 (Attached file), with specific details as follows:
1. Regarding the candidacy and nomination for members of the Building Owners’ Committee of Tower A at The Goldview Condominium:

a. Eligibility criteria (please refer to Document No. 107/TB-UBND for details);

b. Application portfolio:

01 original application/nomination form for the Building Owners’ Committee, with a 4x6 photo attached (under the template of the People's Committee);
01 certified true copy of a valid ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport;
01 certified true copy of degrees and certificates issued by competent authorities;
01 copy or photo of the Residence Verification Form;
In addition to the above portfolio, in case of being authorized by the Owner, the following documents must be supplemented:
01 certified true copy of the Owner's valid ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport;
01 original authorization document (under the template of the People's Committee);
01 certified true copy of a valid lease agreement or contract/document on the assignment of management and use of the apartment;

c. Application submission period: From the issuance date of this announcement until 05:00 pm, July 07, 2026. Applications for candidacy will not be accepted after this deadline;

d. Application submission venue: Vinh Hoi Ward Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, 2nd Floor, No. 89-91 Khanh Hoi Street, Vinh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

e. Number of Building Owners’ Committee members to be elected: 03 members;

2. Regarding authorization to attend the Annual General Meeting:

a. Period for receiving authorization: Before July 07, 2026;

b. Documents attached to the Authorization Document: 01 certified true copy of the Apartment Sale and Purchase Agreement or agreement for other areas within Tower A of The Goldview Condominium;

c. Venue for receiving authorization: Vinh Hoi Ward Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, 2nd Floor, No. 89-91 Khanh Hoi Street, Vinh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

The templates for the Application/Nomination Form for additional members of the Building Owners’ Committee and the Authorization Document (Note: These templates and documents are applied under the forms of the People's Committee) will be prepared at the Reception Desks of Tower A1 and Tower A3. Valued Residents who wish to apply/nominate to become a member of the Building Owners’ Committee of Tower A at The Goldview Condominium for Term II (2026 - 2028) or authorize attendance, please fully fill out the Form/Document and send it to the Ward Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, No. 89-91 Khanh Hoi Street, Vinh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (Contact information: Ms. Nguyen Truong Thanh Thao – Officer of the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, phone number: 0933078189).

Due to the important nature of the Meeting and the practical benefits of Valued Residents, the MO sincerely requests all residents to arrange time to attend or authorize attendance, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2nd time) on schedule and as planned.
