Kính gửi Quý Cư Dân Tháp A chung cư The Goldview,
Căn cứ văn bản số 128/KH-UBND – kế hoạch tổ chức Hội nghị nhà chung cư (“HNNCC”) Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) của Uỷ ban Nhân dân Phường Vĩnh Hội (“UBND”) gửi ngày 25/06/2026;
Căn cứ văn bản số 107/TB-UBND – thông báo về việc tổ chức Hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) của UBND gửi ngày 26/06/2026;
Căn cứ thông báo số MO/NT.85/2026 và MO/NT.86/2026 từ BQL chuyển tiếp đến cư dân các văn bản số 128/KH-UBND, 107/TB-UBND, mẫu đơn ứng cử, đề cử, văn bản uỷ quyền của UBND, liên quan đến Hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A The Goldview (lần 2) vào ngày 01 và 02 tháng 07 năm 2026;
Căn cứ văn bản số 113/TB-UBND – Niêm yết danh sách ứng cử, đề cử bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban quản trị Tháp A chung cư The Goldview nhiệm kỳ 2026 -2028 của UBND gửi ngày 10/07/2026.
Tiếp theo Thông báo số MO/NT.86/2026 Vv Chuyển tiếp thông báo tổ chức hội nghị nhà chung cư Tháp A Chung cư The Goldview (lần 2) Theo Văn Bản Số: 107/TB-UBND gửi ngày 02/07/2026, BQL kính chuyển Thông báo số 113/TB-UBND về việc “Niêm yết danh sách ứng cử, đề cử bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban quản trị Tháp A chung cư The Goldview nhiệm kỳ 2026 -2028” của UBND phát hành ngày 10/07/2026 kèm công khai danh sách 08 ứng viên ứng cử, được đề cử đến toàn thể Cư dân Tháp A chung cư The Goldview(Đính kèm).
Danh sách trên được công bố tại Bảng thông tin và trang web chung cư The Goldview nhằm giúp Quý Cư dân thuận tiện theo dõi, tìm hiểu thông tin và thực hiện quyền biểu quyết tại HNNCC.
BQL trân trọng thông báo và kính mong Quý Cư dân quan tâm, tham dự HNNCC và bỏ phiếu lựa chọn được những Cư dân có đủ kiến thức, tâm huyết với hoạt động vận hành và phát triển của chung cư The Goldview.

Ref: Forwarding the Announcement for Posting the list of nominees and candidates for the by-election
of Tower A Building Owers’Committee members, term 2026 - 2028
Dear Valued Residents of Tower A – The Goldview,
Pursuant to Document No. 128/KH-UBND – the Plan for Organizing the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview(2nd time), issued by the Vinh Hoi Ward People's Committee ("the People's Committee") on 25 June 2026;
Pursuant to Document No. 107/TB-UBND – the Notice on the Organization of the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2nd time), issued by the People's Committee on 26 June 2026;
Pursuant to Notices No. MO/NT.85/2026 and MO/NT.86/2026, through which the MO forwarded to residents Document No. 128/KH-UBND, Document No. 107/TB-UBND, the self-nomination/nomination forms, and the proxy authorization form issued by the People's Committee in connection with the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2ndtime), on 1 & 2 July 2026.
Pursuant to Document No. 113/TB-UBND – Posting the list of nominees and candidates for the by-election of Tower A Building Owers’Committee members, term 2026 – 2028 issued by the People's Committee on 10 July 2026.
Following Announcement No. MO/NT.86/2026 regarding Forwarding the Notice for Organizing the Annual General Meeting of Tower A at The Goldview (2nd time) in Accordance with Document No. 107/TB-UBND sent on July 02, 2026, the MO would like to forward Announcement No. 113/TB-UBND regarding “Posting the list of nominees and candidates for theby-election of Tower A Building Owers’Committee members, term 2026 – 2028” issued by the People’s Committee on 10 July 2026 along with the public disclosure of the list of 08 candidates and nominees to all Residents of Tower A, The Goldview Apartment (Attached).
The above list is posted on the Information Boards and The Goldview Apartment's website for Residents' convenience to follow up, review information, and exercise voting rights at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
The MO respectfully announces and looks forward to Residents’ attention, attendance at the AGM, and voting to elect Residents with the knowledge and dedication to the operations and development of The Goldview Apartment.
